Although there isnt a definitive cure for HIV infection right now, latest research has met with a fair amount of success in recent times. If the symptoms of this infection are diagnosed fairly early by proper check up and care, one can still fight the infection through medications and a range of therapy. Some experts also see a possible cure for this infection in acupuncture. Given that billions of dollars are being invested to save millions who would die of this infection, one can be assured of finding a cure very soon.

HIV AIDS infection in its acute stages shows signs of other problems which is one reason why doctors do not really doubt its presence. However, by spreading awareness about all the symptoms, patients themselves can insist on an HIV test which will decide whether they are infected with the virus or not. The virus affects many different systems across the body. It affects the immune system where one can experience swollen lymph nodes and excessive sweating. It affects the neurological system causing numbness and lack of mental clarity, depression and confusion. It affects the respiratory system too, with sore throat, infection of mucus membranes and cough.

Since, most of the complications arise out of the weakening of the system there are two proposed ways of curing it. One is to use acupuncture to revitalize the body%u2019s immunity to ensure it has the strength to fight the pathogens. This can be done by using naturopathic methods to convert the body to an alkali-genic state, followed by strengthening of the immunity. Scientists have also discovered the structure of Integrase, an enzyme that the virus uses to copy information onto the DNA of the infected patient.
